Team Reno started as a training group with me (Ray), Dax, and a few others wherever we could find a place to train. We started using high schools but would often get kicked out during wrestling season. Dax and I decided to find a place to rent out so we wouldn’t have that problem. We have moved a couple of times but we have finally found our own place.

Our gym has a good vibe and we have male and female students ranging from ages 13 to 51. It has a positive environment and mellow vibe. We further ask our students to check their ego’s at the door. This can be hard sometimes but it really helps the learning environment.
